BTS Facades and Fabrications, trading as BTS Fabrications Limited, is a manufacturing business which produces high-quality façade products, flashings and bespoke metal products.

Since its inception in 2006, BTS has grown from strength-to-strength, thanks to the determination of the Atkinson family and its loyal employees.

From a rented unit in Spennymoor, to a state-of-the-art facility in Newton Aycliffe which proudly showcas-es its products, the business now has an estimated turnover of £10.5 million.

Our 3 rainscreen panel and rail systems are CWCT tested and we have also now completed two full BS8414-2:2020 system tests

Over the last 5 years we have invested heavily in automation with the Trumpf Tru-bend 7030 (the first of its kind in the UK), which is an automated panel bender for rainscreen panels. Since then, we have added a Salvagnini S4 tower punch and another Trumpf press and a Trumpf 5000 Turret punch. We also have ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001. Architects and specification are our main route to market, with environmental, safety and precision poli-cies being at the heart of what we do.
